We at USA IT CERTIFICATIONS only collect the information as a necessity to maintain the operation of our training delivery and audit delivery services and we do not acquire any information to personally identify you. We respect your privacy hence; we always provide opt Out option to all users.

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfilment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. Refund and Course Change Policy
The amount of refunds will be shared through the original mode of payment only, after careful consideration of the terms and conditions applied to the chosen training/audit course by the company or participants.
1.If a participant/company has signed up in any training/audit course that has been withdrawn by USA IT CERTIFICATIONS, he/she will get the amount of 100% refund or participant/company can decide to opt for another training/audit service of similar cost value; if the same is available during the course of discussion.
2. If the participant is unable to attend the training due to any unavoidable reasons and inform the training department in writing at info@usaitcertifications.com withing 10 working days before the batch starts, a 100% refund will be initiated.
3. If the participant requests cancellation after commencement of the training course (after training start date), there is no refund of fees applicable.
4. In all cases, refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only, after consideration of the terms and conditions applicable to the chosen training course/audit/VAPT services.
5. Corporate Only: If the organization has paid partial amount for any audit, VAPT services or corporate training; and trainer or auditor from USA IT CERTIFICATION has already completed one day of training/audit service etc, 30 percent deduction will be initiated by USA ITCERTIFICATIONS from full amount agreed for complete audit or corporate training services;
excluding the travel/stay charges of auditor/ trainer as applicable.
